if i witnessed cyber-bullying i would just probably look cause even if a innocent bystander told them to stop that doesn't mean they'll listen to them. Or maybe i might make  them feel bad about themselves, there isn't really anything you can do if you think about . Especially if your state doesn't have a law against it.
